I spar in WTF sparring and I rather spar wtf than itf because in my opinion wtf takes more skill than itf in itf you dont wear padding so you cant kick as hard I like wtf because i can kick as hard as i want to!

Wow i feel sorry for your complete ignorance.... how is that 2 dimensional world you live in? My style of TKD is I.T.F because, i like the variance in combinations available to me due to the fact we punch to the head aswell as kick. I also cross train in WTF to enhance my game, through learning the way WTF fighters string their kicks together so well. Since when does padding have anything to do with it? i have had plenty full contact fights? something tells me your thirteen.. there should be a licence needed for ignorant adolescents

Thought this was a good video, even saw a few punches. Was interesting to watch, as it really showcased TKD's evasive kicking defense. I found it to be a fun to watch video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=216&v=afH8NJcJaE8
Kframe, I you like something that TKD perfects to a high degree that maybe not trained as well in other martial arts against resisting opponents, take a look at the Ax kick. It is one of the high kicks that can be thrown from very close range and if done right has knock out power: [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGl-UfrzxNU"]Axe Kick In Use - YouTube[/ame] I've been caught be a few, mainly when I didn't move my feet well. You can get faked out by a round kick or spin kick and at the high point, it gets changed to an ax kick. IME.
