What have we got for you this week?

Well we have a couple of new articles and a stretching routine.

We have an article by Mike O'Leary senior instructor of the
Abbotsford Isshin Ryu Karate Club on The Physical Peak, the beginning or the end?

We also have an article from the lovely Melanie called A Beginners Perspective....The Grading.

And last but by no means lest Charles Ruth (or Chazz as he is more commonly known on these boards) 1st Dan ITF/ITU Tae Kwon Do has supplied us with a stretching routine to have a look at and if you feel so inclined to try out.

    Read and enjoy.

    All three were excellent articles.

The first, by Sensei O'Leary is something I think we all have had to deal with, or will in the future. People expect anyone with a Black Belt to be superhuman and capable of things that the majority of us could never dream of doing.

Melanie... Don't feel alone in your feelings about testing, they never go away lol.

I test in about 6 months and i know as it gets closer to that time i'll be a wreck. For me, the first few black belt tests are like the first colored belt tests.
