    Im not sure this thread was sent from planet earth, i got attacked in the 90's and had my eyeball mangled and i have a titanium plate, it didnt take 13 years for my eye socket to heal, if your arm is broken and its not healed after 13 years there is something wrong with you and or your doctor, on a lighter note happy new year and all that

    Your arm has lost most function ???

    I would consult a new doctor as the arm should be fine , I think
