    Okie, since all the cool people are doing it, I'll join in.

    Vital stats:

    5'7"
    56-58kg'ish, depending on how well I keep myself hydrated
    21 years old, female
    been training consistently since early summer

    Today was supposed to be a rest day, but I decided to have an overhead press fest instead since I'm really really not happy with how weak I am at pushing type movements. I did 60 x 1 over an hour then 10 x 2 just for fun, so 70 reps altogether. (no, not sharing numbers). Will keep everyone posted on how much pain I'm in tomorrow...

    Did 10 x 4 deadlifts, then got mild vertigo and my vision went grey. I think I overdid it a little. LOL. Left it at that as heavy power cleans and vertigo are not a smart idea.

    Overhead press 5 x 5
    Front squats 5 x 5. Just used light weight because I'm scared of subluxing my knee again
    Pronated pullups 3 x 10

    Watch it closely and don't ignore it. It could be sign of heart trouble and you may want to see a doctor about it. That said, I get this after heavy squats or deads sometimes as your blood pools in your legs. It is quite common and the usually result of not enough blood reaching your brain momentarily. Make sure you are well hydrated, you may also think about drinking a little juice (orange, apple, etc) before working out.

    Gonna skip working out tonight cause I'm a little bit sick. Will treat today as an extra rest day and do that workout tomorrow instead...

    Did 5x5 deads then got VICIOUS vertigo and almost passed out. My fault for lifting when sick, lol. I think I'll just rest for the moment.

    Still sick but did 3 x 5 deads, more to reassure myself I hadn't lost any strength than for the exercise itself..

    Did another experimental workout yesterday. Overhead press 5 x 5, pullups 2 x 10. No vertigo or almost passing out, thankfully. Still a bit weak but regaining my strength fairly fast...

    Forgot to post up yesterday's one.

    Deads: 7 x 5
    Powercleans: 3 x 3. Didn't feel too hard, will try and do more sets next time.

    ...not going to log this session because it sucked too much.

    Let's just say painkillers caused problems with my motor skills.

    I did get a personal best though.

    Deads, 10 x 3. Some of those last sets were more like 3 x 1s because I was using a weight that was a bit heavy for me, but I did them.

    Powercleans, 5 x 3.

    Also AFAIK high volume is a good thing?
