Looks ok...But I would use a medicine ball instead...that way you can explode more through the movement without having any residual tension in the arm and shoulder.
I've always called them landmine presses, that's what I first heard them called. They're a great movement, both for building explosive power like in the video, and you can also simply build your posterior chain by loading up the bar with heavy weight and doing two arm landmine presses.
