Especially when a guy was struggling to bench 60. Also I think I was the only person to touch the squat rack, not even the guy who asked me for advice touched it.
This week I took easy, I had two huge blisters healing on my toes and some cuts on the top of my feet, both from roundhouse kicking. Blasted pads and laminate wood floors. GRRRRRRR

I also didn't post my warm up sets, but rest assured, the do exist Over All felt good, even though I had taken off a while, although I think that I can attribute that to testosterone levels reaching an all time high, thanks to me trying to kick a bad habit.

11/10/2012 2x3 Min Skipping Squat 3x5 135lb (Shocking) DL 3x5 100(Shocking To) Farmers Walks 110lb Split Squats 3x5-50lb Notes Insane workout, tried heaver weights than usual, due to my mess up on Wednesday, found I was manhandling them without issues. Figuered out that Farmers Walks don't really hit lower body, so ill leave that alone.
I think I can, I decided to take the DL easy the first little while, but I'm going to start pushing the DL. Also I weighted my self today, an I am sitting at 67kg right now. Which puts me at an odd spot for judo, because either I'm going to have to gain quickly or cut right before tournaments. I dislike sitting in saunas....
