The Not So Cardio Bunny Log

    So I decided to finally take the plunge and start a log on MAP as well as my other log. Ill probably be updating on a weekly basis or maybe a couple times a week so bear with me! Its also going to be mainly explosive body weight drills so in anyone can assist me with some extra exercises it would be great!


    Day 1 8/6/12
    5 Mins Bag Work

    25 Clap Push-ups
    24 Triangle Situps
    10 Handstand push ups
    25 Jumping Squats
    6 Chin-Ups

    I need more explosive exercises, and a couple grappling specific ones because I am looking to try out for my school wrestling team, and work on judo.

    Comments:
    The ego coming from the people in the gym was surprising. Especially when a guy was struggling to bench 60. Also I think I was the only person to touch the squat rack, not even the guy who asked me for advice touched it.

    This week I took easy, I had two huge blisters healing on my toes and some cuts on the top of my feet, both from roundhouse kicking. Blasted pads and laminate wood floors. GRRRRRRR

    Notes

    Went to the gym at Cardel Place today, was my first time there, it was pretty great, they had some equipment I had never seen before.

    I also didn't post my warm up sets, but rest assured, the do exist

    Over All felt good, even though I had taken off a while, although I think that I can attribute that to testosterone levels reaching an all time high, thanks to me trying to kick a bad habit.

    Some ass messed up the order of the weights, and I wasn't paying attention, I ended up try to warm up with 100lb for my row...

    Notes

    Insane workout, tried heaver weights than usual, due to my mess up on Wednesday, found I was manhandling them without issues.

    Figuered out that Farmers Walks don't really hit lower body, so ill leave that alone.

    I think I can, I decided to take the DL easy the first little while, but I'm going to start pushing the DL.


    Also I weighted my self today, an I am sitting at 67kg right now. Which puts me at an odd spot for judo, because either I'm going to have to gain quickly or cut right before tournaments. I dislike sitting in saunas....
