Did my first bleep test in year 8 at school (so um, age 12-13) and got 11.7. I only remember because the PE teachers didn't like most of the rugby team getting beaten by a kid of no prior interest .
Hahaha smartass! Tell you what though....running downhill during the beep test is MUCH harder than running uphill...it's almost impossible to stop yourself when you get to the end!
