The 50 Kicks Challenge

    In general you should "try" to do Thai style kicks. I'm not overly fussed about perfect technique mind (seems I'm hardly perfect myself).

    By the way guys today and tomorrow are the last days to get your entries in. Remember I'm throwing in a free pair of handwraps for the winning effort and I will bug one of the staff to make a speed kicker badge for the fastest entry. :)

    I just tried the 50 kicks challenge . woah, not used to kicking that much. I didn't time it though and I gave up and went into punches... haha. Seems like the kind of thing if you practice you will become the 50 kick master though.
