    Thank you for your kind welcomes! I Just finished training for tonight! How great it feels after a good workout More importantly that u push yourself beyond your limits. Has any one got any good books they may want to recommend? My first ma book (given to me as a gift from a senior Dan member) was "The book of 5 rings".

    As for good books, I highly recommend Sun Tzu's "The Art Of War" for any Martial Artist...or anyone at all, for that matter.
