could some one please give me some info on this art as there is a class very close to me. i.e what it envolves, fighting style, what is mostly used i.e hand/feet? as u can see i have no idea!! Chris
Quite similar to TKD. Mainly striking (although a bit less kicking orientated than TKD). From what I've seen it also includes some basic weapons training.
I study this art intensely and know much of it. It's basically an art similar to TKD, but which involves less kicking. Instead, more emphasis is placed on hand techniques, chokes, submissions, and grappling. However, it is still a striking based art. It simply incorporates more other aspects in the place of TKD's main focus on kicking.
