Great Yoss. That demo was pretty awesome, great clean technique. I have learned a little bit of Jo form one, it was great to see some of the moves in there.

That sparring was good to, I wished we sparred more like that, actually we rarely get to except at grading. I liked very much the fact it wasnt point sparring!!

 

At *beep*ing last. That's the first decent sparring vid I have seen to come out of Moo Duk Kwan. Hopefully others will take note and start training better.

 

Yeah, I remember the first time I saw that vid. Looked alot like a Kyokushin tournament, even saw one of those sacrific spinning hook kicks in there. By far the best MDK sparring video out there, too many are of the slap happy point sparring kind.
