TKD's version of the Moo Duk Kwan vs TKD history: http://www.martialartsresource.com/anonftp/pub/the_dojang/digests/history.html The MDK comes up quite often in the middle to latter portions of the text. What do you guys think?
Some minor inaccuracies, as could only be expected considering the source, however, on the whole, the book is a great text on the history of Korean karate, and perfect for discarding the typical "2000 year old, Hwa Rang, Taegyun descendant" mythology found in the Korean Karate arts.
Good point. They don't mention Silla or the Hwarang or those stupid tomb statues anywhere in there which is a good thing.
