Tampa: Kickboxing/MT or Boxing

I'm looking for a gym with boxing and/or kickboxing or muay thai that caters to complete beginners on up but is not just some cardio class. I do not want to be a pro fighter or anything. I do want to be able to spare as this is the fun part

I'm having a hard time locating a place in Tampa, FL... closest one is about 45min away or more that I've seen so far....

Don't do boxing - it's no substitute for using your legs.

 

I dont have a Dojo , or Gym right now , but I am in Tampa , and I may be able to help you out . I've been training for about 26 yrs , & hold a 4th Dan in Okinawa Goju Ryu , trained in Kyokushin ( Knock Down style Karate ) , have boxed , fought continous fighting , & have coached in the past .
