I'm looking for a gym with boxing and/or kickboxing or even muay thai that caters to complete beginners on up but is not just some cardio class. I do not want to be a pro boxer or even really fight in amateur tournaments or anything. I do want to be able to spare as this is the fun part I'm having a hard time locating a place in Tampa, FL... closest one is about 45min away or more... Thanks.
