Talking of stavit, & yeah I know I'm a bit late on that one, has anyone heard of 'Kateda'? I saw a flyer for it while I was down doing a seminar in London, the flyer had some woman on the front in possibly the most dodgy martial arts uniform I've ever seen getting punched by six guys & using her 'amazing inner strength' to take the blows, heh heh heh. The rest of the photo's were guys in strange monkey stalks banana type stances. Apparently it, not stavit, is the ultimate martial art I'm sure I remember back in the early 80's combat magazine mentioning them as being some sort of cult & to avoid them like the plague??
