Don't kick on your rest day.
Mini trampoline don't laugh, NASA say it's good, use 1kg hand weights, it does the lymph glands or summat, no kicking , I thought that, rest is rest

but you could do with more rest, preferably 2 days next to each other, or instead maybe 2 half-intense days.
Be careful not to overdo it and burn out though.. at some point, you'd really want / need days your're not focusing on M.A. stuff.
Ill see how it goes, I'm not using much weight for grappling circuit
body isnt the only thing that can burn out tho
