When I grow up, I want to marry tpol, timeline wise I think it would marry up well! (although she'll be off planet by now, carbon creek was in the fifties?) Your right, Enterprise is grown up trek, and season three onwards is grown up trek, with failing ratings hence the BSG influence and plunging necklines/catsuits
Doh, it was T'mir of course, I always assumed the jokes about her age, meant she was incredibly long lived, and hence the bit about her bag at the end implied it was really tpol, doh!! I got that wrong!! Carbon Creek (Star Trek: Enterprise) - Wikipedia
Its just like Star Trek. Although a lot more....er...naughty stuff. Like, not quite early 2000 Channel 5 3am stuff but deffo good enough for Bravo.
You know, it's not like I don't have enough stuff I want to watch. Now I want to watch Enterprise and DS9 again as well... Awesome... Says the person, with the Star Wars avatar... Right, let't not forget Star Wars: The Clone Wars... I will never ever again be able to leave the Telly! Aside from tomorrow, where I have to watch a puppet kids theater... when I could watch Star Trek. Or Doctor Who. Or... Ugh...
And that is the main problem with netflix, As well as series being rotated off the database when your halfway through! (apart from the Netflix produced ones) US Netflix, doesn't have this problem so much, (they keep a much larger amount of series /films active online) so if you have a Netflix membership and a ISP blocker, you can still access things that way.
My ISP blocker stopped working with Netflix, they had a well publicised clampdown a couple of years ago
I don't do this myself of course, but I know it is still possible, and before netflix decided they didn't like it, I did do it, but it was a faff.
I found if you actually travel to the country of where you want access to the Netflix list, it goes round their blocker.
On season 4 of Enterprise now. The Vulcan story arc is excellent. Should be all caught up in time for Discovery to restart.
Beat me, I'm still, In the middle of season three! I just hope netflicks doesn't yank them off before I've finished!
Sorry for the OT, but how often does that happen? Has Netflix some sort of rota, when things get changed?
Apparently there are a few changes in Jaunary to UK Netflix. Read it in passing on Facebook so don't hold me to it.
Yes, they take things off when the viewing figures have dropped and add new content, also it depends on licensing deals, for example, Disney are setting up a streaming service, so everything Disney own, will get taken off soon, Netflix originals always stay on, so even though they're great shows, i tend to watch them last. With startrek, as they're promoting startrek Disc. I imagine they'll stay on for a while, but even so, I'm trying to fit time in the watch all of Enterprise whilst it's on there.
Clickbait websites love lists like that. Content changes every month generally. It's a right pain when your halfway through watching a series, I wish they put expected expiry updates in the info.
