    Never tried Scottish tap water but im sure my 95 year old grandma agrees.
    Im a chilled tap water with lemon ginger green tea type guy for post and pre training.
    Can't bring myself to buy bottled water.

    I'm used to the southern hard tap water, but if I'm ever go north for a bit, or use filtered water for time and come back to tap water I really taste that hard water foullnes

    Def have to chill tap water, don't know why but seems to take down the childrens swimming pool flavor.

    Thank you for this article. Sports and energy drinks will keep you healthy. These energy drinks have minerals that give body proper calories.
