Ravioli with a tomato and mediterranean vegetable sauce. I received a phonecall as I was preparing the dish:

Dad: "What are you up to then?"
    Me: "Eating."
    Dad: "You're always eating."

This response pleased me greatly. :D

    French toast and sausage.

Whole wheat "Light Oat" bread, dipped in omega-3 eggs and cinnamon, and then fried in extra virgen olive oil. No butter or syrup, I just eat it plain and its delicious. With a couple pieces of turkey sausage patties and some skim milk, a multi vitamin, some fish oil capsules, and a glucosamine pill.

Still wondering if its all that healthy. Almost tastes too good to be healthy.

Eggy bread (french toast) is the tastiest food in the world. Ill have to get some good bread, already got the omega 3 eggs.

    Breakfast for me:
    100g wholewheat buckwheat noodles
    50g pure whey isolate

Any reason why you're frying in EVOO? Most people save that for dressing etc. rather than frying because of the cost, regular olive oil is fine for frying and it makes no difference.

Nice idea BTW, gotta love french toast.

At least from where I buy Oil from they are the same price.

Most people don't realise extra virgin is just extra acidity, it is no higher in quality compared to Olive Oil.

I get my oil at costco, 4 liters for about 20 bucks. The cost really isn't a big deal, it's mega cheap compared to buying tiny 10 dollar bottles at your local grocery store.

    Actually...

Extra virgin tastes the best, and at Costco it's mega cheap... that's why I use it.

Less acidity then, got it the wrong way around :D

Lucky you; I wish extra virgin was as cheap as regular olive oil round these parts.
