3 pieces of fruit, a fruit smoothie and a croissant for breakfast (in the car on the way to work) a bowl of Alpen for lunch (after 40mins violent 5 a side football) a bowl of rice mixed together with half a (small) tin of pilchards with a bowl of bite-sized shreddies (with skimmed milk) for dessert hmmmmmm... BTW - is it a good idea not to eat too much after CV work so the body is forced to go to the fat stores for energy (whilst your metabolism is still racing) ????? Or not?
I have seen a gif of her in another outfit as well, but damned if I can remember where Breakfast, 2 bananas, teaspoon of forrest fruit spread (no white sugar just concentrated fruit) pinch of sea salt, 8 oz rice milk, 2 oz soya yoghurt, All blended into a smoothie. and a cup of tea. Still working out strategies to cope with havein 1&1/2" of surgical steel through my tongue.
Pre workout, ½ cup oat bran measured before cooking 40 grams American Whey, 2 tablespoons ground peanuts 1 tablespoon raisins. This is my 4th meal of the day consumed at 3:30 pm. I’m going to hit delts and biceps today at 5pm. KICKBOY
