I just started doing dumbell split squats. I am trying something new, doing them on the same day as deadlifts, and it's been about two weeks. After both times I done split squats my knees have been sore. Does anyone do split squats regularly? I'm trying to figure out correct form, and I think my pain may be due to my knees coming too far past my feet, ala bad form in a lunge? Thanks in advance
