Not trying to be an irritant, but why if you've been working hard is your run time still ten minute miles. You should have improved, and as you havent you need to ask why.
It's just an estimate. Good point, though. I'll do a time trial in the next couple days. In full disclosure, I've gotten to around an 8:30 min/mile over the last couple months. Not earth shattering, but an improvement. I want to get down to a 6:40 min/mile, which is around the pace a personal hero of mine (Muhammad Ali) used to run. Thanks for the feedback. I've got thick skin, so don't worry about being an irritant. Then again, maybe an irritant is something good
