What about Shihan Steve Arneil? He is from SA isn't he? And Shihan Leo Lipinski (Gogen Yamaguchi Goju-Kai) was also from SA. I do not know if these men meet your criteria. I am extremely grateful to you in taking time to create this site. As I have mentioned before, Shihan James Rousseau is a significant figure in the history of Goju-ryu karate yet information on him is very limited.
