Adam What was your opinion about the juggling artical that promped the newsletter. I don't see it listed. http://www.rosstraining.com/articles/juggleyourway.html I thought it was interesting since I can't juggle to save my life. It did get me to thinking that if I could juggle then I could make some club bells and juggle those for an alternative break on wrist, grip, and snap training.
It's ok, but I don't see it as a major thing. Like diet, sort the major parts of your training before the small parts, and juggling I would judge to be a very small part. I would say it's a minor supplement. To me, it's a totally different skill and although it will give some improvements, they will be miniscule. It's ok as something relaxing to do though that might have some benefit.
Nice articles, Adam. How easy is it to use that software for tabata intervals? I really like that idea. Juggling: A staple training aid for ice hockey goalies, who require fast hand-eye coordination. I agree it's a small part of the big picture, but there's no question to it's value for fighter's, also.
You can make a track in seconds. Download the wav and save it as an mp3 (for some reason it takes up 40 megs so use mp3 to compress it) then you can simply load it up, then merge it with any track you want. Dead easy.
Ross has some Great articles, everyone should subscribe to his newsletter. Running 2 marathons a day, for 111 days. Thats just insane.
