    Heya guys
I'm not so much looking for a routine critique here (although feel free to), but instead I'm in need of some advice when it comes to solo training.

I regularly find myself having to train on my own outside of martial arts classes, and whilst that's fine when it comes down to weight training and cardio, I find that when it comes to training MA techniques, I regularly do the same things- which include shadow boxing, using a paper target and occasionally using a punching bag (when I'm able to pop down to the gym).

I was wondering, does anyone have any other suggestions on how I could go about 'spicing up' my solo training? If I had a choice, I'd always have a guy to train with, but hey, I guess I'm not that fortunate. :hat:
