Silat in Winnipeg, Canada? Alternatives?

Anyone know of good Silat schools/instructors in Winnipeg?

I haven't had any luck in finding one in Manitoba. The ones I found are in Quebec, Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, and Victoria. I'm close to giving up my search in Winnipeg. However, I'm still very interested in the art. I'd like to learn about it even if it's through alternative methods.

Any starter books/literature/dvd you could recommend?

Has anyone tried or heard of silat online training academy called PCK International? They offer online training.

Is it worth the time and money to visit schools outside my province to get applied introduction to Silat?

Is it a good idea to visit the Inosanto Academy at this point in time?

There is a good group run by a guy called Jim but they're really under the radar.

Whatever you do, don't do online training as your sole source of learning. Instead train with someone and utilize books, online training, videos to supplement your education.
