hi all someone i know was at a bill "superfoot" wallace seminar many moons ago. bill would actually tell someone the kick was coming and for them to block. as expected the opponent could do nothing against this fast and powerful move (in fact many couldnt even see it). there is a lot of thai boxing around so of course roundhouse kicks are easy to learn and can be thrown from a very natural stance but it isnt the only option!
