Nothings organic or grassfed. eggs (free range) beef stewing steak cod (wild) turkey breast chicken whole/portions lamb chops pork chops bananas dates raisins potatoes butter dripping creamed coconut onions ginger garlic chilli's passata brassicas turnips curry powder thai paste tea coffee I used have peanut butter and muesli but I would just eat that and it would end up replacing proper meals.
