Shoes

Wearing shoes during class was the one accomadation I needed in the beginning that I was never able to work completely out of. In the beginning I wore crosstrainers with a lot of support. Then worked down to a pair with less support then into regular martial arts sneakers.

The small muscles in my feet gradually got stronger and I was ready to work out of shoes altogether when I began to have problems with heel spurs and had to go to more cushioned shoes.

It was rather odd in class when new students joined us at the beginning of each quarter. And at test when all the students from different locations and classes were together I was remembered as the person in the shoes.

Has anyone else had experience with the shoe thing?
