This thread is for me to record my training. I plan to practice developing my horse stance, and doing basic strength & flexibility training for the next 3 months.
Shaolin Shinobi, welcome to MAP. I've deleted three of your posts here because you cannot reserve space on MAP without posting. We are a discussion forum and telling others not to post, or not properly posting yourself somewhat defeats the object. If you want to tell us about your routine, then feel free. However if you haven't started training yet I see no point in the thread sitting there until you do.
