Yes, when I set up juvenile applications, you would be shocked how many kids don't know how to spell their last name, their phone #, even occasionally their address. I mean kids 10 years old or thereabouts, not real little kids. It always shocks me. What if they get separated from their parents somewhere? They can't tell an officer how to contact their parents or their home address?
I remember being in Hong Kong and my dad saying, "If you get lost, it's your own fault if you end up in some crazy person's sex dungeon. So stay close." I was nine.
