    Taliar Train harder!

My local gym has a very nice sauna and steam room attached to it, and I like to take a sauna after doing a weights session.

Will taking a sauna and steam after a work out have any effect on my training results. I take the sauna because I find them very relaxing, but just wondered if the will be helping or hindering my strength training.

It will dehydrate the crap out of you. Drink loads of water while you're in there and you will be fine.

Saunas are great for recovery. The heat dialates the blood vessles helping good clean blood to flow with all the nutrients your damaged muscles need.
