I know a lot of people(myself included) make claims that MMA is in fact afer than boxing. A lot of MMA proponents say recent medical studies support this view but they never cite the actual studies. So does anyone know where I could find these studies?
This nifty little overview at Sports Injury Bulletin has a nice little rundown as well as a list of several reference studies (though some of these are still awaiting publication, thus will be a nightmare to actually get ahold of if you're outside the business)
