Since everyone recommends compound movements and since movements in which you can move more weight are considered more beneficial wouldn't the safety squat be one of the best exercises?
What's the deal with those? Seems like a gimmick to me. Squats are great but not the be all and end all
I'm not sure about this either, seems a lot of money to try to improve one of the best movements out there. Get a power cage instead, much safer
I'm not planning on getting one. I was just wondering because it's not only pushing with your legs, but also pulling with your arms and is most likely the most weight you could lift through a full ROM.
