I have three Judo Masterclass Techniques books including Russian Judo (pub. 1999). Contents Foreword Introduction A History of Russian Judo A Personal History Tachiwaza - Belt Grips - Defences against belt grips - Miscellaneous attacks - Defences against other grips Newaza - Armlocks, Attacks - Armlocks, Openings - Armlocks, Escapes - Leglocks Russian Judo in Competition Index I only did judo for a short time and am unable to answer your question. I did enjoy this book and thought it was the best read of the ones I have which include Osaekomi and Armlocks.

Plus a section on competition pickups. The book is about 111 pages long. Hope that helped.
