Hey.. My instructor told me to find some good diagrams on the net of all the patterns to help higher grades revise them all when we train at home. Anyone know any good sites/links that could help me? P.s..i do Rhee tae kwon do...which is traditional.
These are pretty close to what we use with a few minor variations Here Always perform your hyung the way your instructor has shown you and only use this as a guide to refresh your memory.
