I ordered this video and book right and just got it the other day. War gets in the way of learning sometimes so it took a couple of days to watch it. Well worth the price, which is small by standards these days, and is effective. As is typical of Ross he's concise and to the point and it's got lots of great ways to shock a workout into a new direction. It's geared to match-up with his Never Gymless, but includes several points of emphasis on Sandbag training and the use of simple tools and pieces of equipment.
