Inspired by the Ronnie Coleman thread I would like to ask who would be your role model physique? Mines would be brad pitt from fight club, unfortunately it would take some serious dieting/cardio to get down to that level of bodyfat :cry:
i say kurt angle i think hes one of the toughest people out there, he weighs around 220, and moves like hes 140. his athletic skills are insane, he can pick up freaks like big show, and mark henry like they are nothing. he is the total package speed, strength, agility, coordination, etc...... i doubt too many people in the world could beat him at anything physical.

A the same time i also like the short stocky build. Like Mas Oyama or in fact loads of the Japanese Kyok guys, they look like tanks.

ive honestly ever understood the whole brad pitt from fight club thing. he just looked skinny! harhar- good choice. the man is a legend
It seems that brad pitt isn't to everyones tastes but for me personally I only ever lifted weights before i seen fight club, it inspired me to include cardio into my training thats kind of what i meant by role model. I wasn't just referring to a picture and saying I would like to be like that. I was genuinely motivated to train a diferent way after watching that
yeah, lol, but i think girls would prefer brad pitss fight club body to a muscle mania body, too many muscles doesnt look too natural
