whatcha reckon folks? Should Roy Jones Jr fight John Ruiz at Heavyweight? Or should he go for Chris Byrd - who, despite his 6' 2" is regarded by many as a "pumped up meiddleweight"?
I'd like to see him move up to cruiser and fight jean marc Mormeck French World champion i cant remember what belt he holds. This would be a good step to then move onto the heavys.
YODA! Hello!!! Hope you remember me??? LOL..... Hey, being a good friend of Chris Byrd and Knowing him so well, I can tell you he has been dying to fight Roy. And to me it would be a "pick-um" fight. Both of these guys have the tools and styles to beat each other. It might be boring as Chris can tend to make fights. They both have unique styles and attributes, Roy Just has to avoid falling in to Chris' Rhythm. The Byrd fight was the way the origional tournament purposed by Don King (who lives across the street from Chris) was supposed to go. Chris' Trainer and Father and also my Boxing trainer Joe Byrd still believes this fight will happen this year!
