Does TSD train in things other than what is mentioned on their website like the more traditional aspects of ninjutsu. Here's what is mentioned in the website.

    Grappling, throwing, choking, and joint-locking
    Striking, kicking, and punching
Stick, blade, cord, and projectile weapons
Successfully handling multiple assailants and surprise attacks
    Overcoming psychological intimidation or bullying

That sounds like the normal curriculum for any of the kans, although in Genbukan you also get some cultural / historical background. If with 'traditional' you mean the stuff about poisons, cover and concealment, kuji kiri, etc, then no. This stuff is generally not taught outside of Japan. Not by the kans afaik, not in any amount of detail.
