Hi just a quick question i thought i'd ask. Me and my mate has been trying to figure out which MA has the most acrobatic moves in it. He would like to practice a MA with acrobatic moves and still self-defence moves too. I told him that Capoeira i think its called has probably one of the most acrobatic moves in it. We arent sure. Also, what style do you learn how to wall flip in? Thanks.
