So how many people would be interested in hopping on the next Push Up Challenge?

    Here is how it works.

You pledge to do your best for the time commitment (probably 3 months).
    The Method takes 20 - 30 minutes a week.
Minimum goal 100 push ups in 1 set.
    Not give out "The Method"
Give weekly results, if you dont you risk being booted (no leeching lurkers)

I will give weekly tips and modifications and together group support.

Its free and when you reach 100 yoo can be a card carrying member of the 100 Club (Ill send you a little laminated card...a nice reminder for body weight exercises).

If you can already 100 then go higher... my goal was 300.
My old max was 250 I hadnt done The Method or maintained my old # after a shouder injury.
I returned to The Method at 90 (Sept 1st0 and reach 300 today (Oct 17).

    David Mostly AFK, these days

I keep wanting to do these 100pushup things but it interferes with other (ie main) training. Also, I have to practice the pushups that go with my style and that doesn't leave much energy for other work.

Now, if someone could come up for a method of getting me to a single set of 30 (double my best ever) mantis pushups, I'd be their friend for life.

Good luck everyone who takes part!

    20 - 30 minutes A WEEK !!!!!

And if that isnt short enough wait until you see the tip on time.

im thinking on starting maybe Novemeber 1st...if you are even 1 day late getting in...you will have to wait.
