    U mean i should have protein powder on rest days and after work out days

    So I figure I will keep this question in this thread, no use starting a new thread.

    My protein JUG, says to take it 2-4 times a day ect. So I take some in the morning, after work out, and at night. My problem is this. It says mix 2-4 scoops with a glass of milk ( chocolate flavor mmmmmmm :D ). 2 scoops fills up half the cup, thus its more like drinking wet powder. Is it supposed to be this way? The scoop is HUGE, and it doesnt say how many grams are in a scoop.. im worried im taking TOO much, or TOO little :p Though too little isnt really bad cause protein is protein :D

    try measuring whats in the scoop in a cup or something to find out how many grams are in the scoop

    if it doesnt mix well enough just add more milk, ..its not against the law to do that :D

    Doesnt mix well is an understatement :D If I were to do 4 scoops, I would probably fill a whole cup of powder hehe. I made one glass 2 days ago, and havnt had more since. Im going to bring it in to my sifu and ask him exactly what amounts I should take. ( tommorow :D )

    your sifu? if hes a real sifu, he should tell you to eat food..methinks.

    Sounds good thanks for the info :D

    He told me if I wanted to take protein I can, its not gonna hurt me. He also told me to eat like crazy :D Also to eat RIGHT after training / weight training.

    He is very good at what he does :D thanks for the tips guys. I just wasnt too sure on the amount because it seemed like alot. Off to train hehe.
