hey everybody. usually spend most my time in the kuk sool section, but i also do tkd. so every year my teacher takes us to this tournament in jejudo and usually i spar, but i'm kindof beat up these days so i want to try poomsae. strange thing though, the rules state that college age and above must start at taebaek. in years past koryo and geumgang were perfectly okay to do in korea as an adult. is this the new norm? thanks everybody

The USAT Poomsae rules show athletes ages 19-31 are to be able to perform up to Sipjin in competition. I believe this is exactly as prescribed by the WTF.
