Some eggs were thrown but missed = /= pelted with eggs, though in my case pickled ones in catering sized jars would do fine or ostrich eggs very hard boiled.

 

This is the perfect reason why people SHOULD vote, really. If we all had voted, this wouldn't have happened

 

I agree. And to be honest, as funny as this is, it is not the best way to beat the BNP. This will have gotten them more press then if they had just had the conference with no interuption. Also the BNP love playing the "see we are the viticims, we are the only ones standing-up against 'the man' and look what they are doing to try and stop us". I honestly think this will probably help, not hinder the BNP's course.

Still it's great to watch!!

 

Absolutely true!! The kind, caring face of British politics being pelted by the angry, over zealous mob. He couldn't have planned it to go any better for him!!

I think the BNP are a rash. If we ignore them, they'll go away. But the problem of the rash, being the god-awful state our political system is in right now, is what needs treatment and attention.
