No, no it's not.
Although you are right, Your not that fast.
They pity you
I've found your Instagram.
One person said, "good speed, but punch higher, neck level at least".
Not sure which boxing coach teaches neck punches.
Another said, "wow, that's amazing".
The other videos have no comments attached.
so how many of you here who are commenting are pro or ameature level fighter or coached them
Igore the h8rs mate. Start fighting now, if you're really good you could get a high level fight after you win a few fights. You look like you'd fight at the same weight as Lomachenko. Get started man and you could make millions.
Just Keeping doing that now go to like section of both videos
How long have you even been training in a proper class?
As an example, this boy has very quick hands. What you are doing is no more "boxing" than what he is doing. So yes you move move your hands quickly, but to no combative purpose.
Forget the likes, because as I've said it's all false.
We get likes from porn stars and advertisers because it boosts their own profile.
The fact that you aren't listening to any of our comments proves you are blinkered.
People like you never get any better.
One punch thrown correctly is worth 100 of yours.
The last person I trained won his fight in the second round.
so here you guys are really pro ones, can anyone of you post your video of fast hands.
Speed is a subject all on its own, as there are different types of speed.
1. Perception speed.
2. Mental speed.
3. Initiation speed.
4. Alteration speed.
5. Performance speed.
If I can read your intent then I don't need to be super fast to hit.
One thing that I hear time and again is newbys who want to hit hard, at just spar and my answer is always the same.
First learn how to defend yourself.
You can hit as hard and fast as you like, but if your technique is poor you'll get hit back.
If you've ever been hit by a boxer you'll know why you need defence first.
Speed is absolutely worthless without power.
Fun story , some years ago I had an apprentice who thought he was fast and had a bit of talent , one day he decided to try out his "shadow boxing" technique on my left arm while I was chatting to one of my mates (I actually think he may have hit a bit harder than you from your videos) I tolerated this for a minute or 2 then got bored and hit him back once , he never bothered again ..........
You are the hardest hitting person ever though.
Poor bloke. I feel sorry for him.
hey simon are you the one who is instructor in the video
No this is the excellent Smurf.
6th Dan Ju Jitsu and a very experienced martial artist and instructor.
The guy on the right wearing the vest is Andy, who is an apprentice instructor under me.
OK Thanks For Info
Listen to the feedback.
You are quite quick but it's not impressive because your form is so shambolic that it renders any measurable speed irrelevant.
If you actually hit with anything resembling proper technique then you'd likely see a massive decrease in your speed, which while pretty good is still not ridiculously quick.
I'm curious what your goals are in training. Do you want to improve your ability to fight or are you just interested in developing hand speed?
Edit - after you get better form you can build your speed from there and you'd likely get way more credit.
Have you had any bouts or even training, at all?
If you had you will see how your shadow boxing is super slow. Like really slow, like an entire bottle of night nurse mixed in with a visit to the in laws slow.........
You should probably change your name to theslowboy.......
Separate names with a comma.
