Hey everyone, Well, there where good news today and bad news. First the bad news: While wrestling on the ground with someone I pulled my upper leg muscle. :cry: Hurts like hell now whenever I try sitting down or getting up. Anyone here have any idea how to relax it ? I already took a shower now. Good News: Even though I had to go out of the beginners lesson today half way through sensei Carol called me into the dojo later on and told me "You got through !" in reference to the grading on Sunday. So that means I passed the orange belt grading !!! Certainly was worth going all the way to Tolworth for it. Christian
