pain in the.....knee

I have this pain in my knee when i kneel on it thats like a sharp burning pain, anyone have this or anything similiar, and what besides not kneeling onit have you done to alieviate it?

 

Sounds like an overuse injury. Do you do alot of kicking?

 

not really but idid play football for 10 yrs and alot of time spent squating, i think there something floating in there cause it only does it on a certain spot

 

Have you been to a doctor yet? If so, what did they say?

 

its hard to explain, but i think i have a similar problem... i dont always get it, but when kneeling it feels as though there is something sharp behind my kneecap(s)... the feeling is like the 'sharp thing' is pointing outwards from behind the kneecap

dont know what causes it, but my knees are a bit dodgy at the minute anyway, but more a feeling of being under pressure from the sides/bottom even when resting, pretty annoying, gonna have to get seen to
