Hmm, I'll see what I can do about the shoes for indoor training. Don't really have the money to dish out on a good pair of sneakers. As for the inserts, I have no idea where I got them (and I don't have the old ones, they've been gone for many years, probably 5-10 if I had to guess). I could try to find out though I guess. Hmm, I don't like the sounds of that. Well for the next while I'll keep an eye on things. I'll pay more attention and decide if I should see a doctor.
