Mine seem to work sometimes but then stop for ages.

Currently not working for me either.

My Gmail occasionally, without my consent, puts my MAP notification in to my spam folder. This happens because I generally don't read the notification email itself, delete it without opening and just go to MAP and read the thread. Have a look in your spam folder or blocked address list.

Not the case with me. They never make it to my Yahoo! account (not even in SPAM, which is quite the popular delivery place.

Is it hotmail by any chance?

If so, notification emails from a lot of forums are now blacklisted by the service due to them being marked as spam by a lot of users.

If I am correct that those without notifications are using hotmail/outlook service, then the admin here, will either need to re-route the notification emails through a different server, or apply to microsoft to have the mail server here removed from the blacklist.
